A zine is a small, independently published art booklet.  Zines typically contain illustrations, poetry, cartoons or short stories.  Zines do not have any sort of corporate backing, they are very rugged, individualized, and much more charismatic than larger, more popular magazines whose content is often dictated by their advertisers.

Zine-o-Matic is a zine subscription service. You sign up and we’ll send you a package of zines every month until you tell us to stop. We ship out your package on the 1st of every month, and you’ll be charged your monthly fee on the 11th of every month. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just sign in to your account and cancel or shoot us an email and we’ll cancel it for you.

How many zines do you want a month? Where should we send them? You’re in a desert walking along in the sand when all of the sudden you look down, and you see a tortoise, it’s crawling toward you. You reach down, you flip the tortoise over on its back. The tortoise lays on its back, its belly baking in the hot sun, beating its legs trying to turn itself over, but it can’t, not without your help. But you’re not helping. Why is that?

The world's foremost zine curators come together once a month in the underground zinebunker. Its kind of like League of Extraordinary Gentleman except we're better dressed and have worse acne. We are constantly scouring hip bookstores for diamonds amongst the angsty teen drama zines. Trust us there are a lot of weaksauce zines, but we filter those out using a complex system of centrifuges and riffle tables. Every month it hurts us to ship out our treasures to you people, but we do it because it is our duty.

Pricing depends on how big a bag-o-zine you want. Our prices range from 19.99 to 24.99 (plus 2.99 shipping).  Zines are shipped on the 1st of the month,  on the 11th of every month if you're still subscribed we renew your subscription for the next month's shipment. If you want to cancel you can log in and cancel, or just email us and we'll take you off the list.
